All contract offers expire within 5 calendar days after they are delivered to you via online, offline, fax, or postal mail.
Why?
Two
Reasons.
(1)
We will be agreeing to deadline dates within your agreement, so the more time lapses to complete your contract agreement, the more invalid your contract becomes. Therefore, for each day that passes, there will be less time available to IMAIJIN to complete your project on the deadline listed in our contract.
(2)
In our experience, if a client is taking more than 5 calendar days to review an agreement, then it is likely they have not properly prepared themselves (or partners) to start, or they simply do NOT believe in their project at all. If either reason apply, please STOP the form! And call us to discuss your options or new possible arrangement.
However
, if there are other reason(s) you need more than 5 calendar days to review and complete the contract agreement. Such as if you are:
• Uncharacteristically busy.
• Require legal counsel to review the agreement first.
• technical difficulties which unable to complete the agreement.
•...etc.
